About the Reaction Time Test
The reaction time test measures how quickly you can respond to a visual signal. The average human reaction time to a visual stimulus is around 200-250 milliseconds.
Click to start, then wait. The screen will turn green after a random delay (2-5 seconds). Click as soon as you see green. If you click too early during the red/waiting phase, you'll need to try again.
Tips to improve
- Focus on the center of the screen and avoid distractions.
- Get enough sleep — fatigue significantly slows reaction time.
- Use your dominant hand for faster response.
- Take multiple attempts and track your average rather than a single result.
